Analyst (2 positions to be filled)
Reports to Development Manager
Job Functions
Essential Functions
Provides analytical support for new business opportunities with an emphasis on financial modeling, research and presentations.
Requirements
Experience Preferred:
One or two years of work experience with a professional real estate development organization which includes financial analysis activity and a record of project successes. Direct experience in Ghana and/or Nigeria will be a strong added plus. Nigerian or Ghanaian nationals will be preferred.
Essential Knowledge and Skills
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Ability to implement a real estate financial model in Excell.
Fluent in MS Power Point and Word. Fluency in MS Project will be a plus.
Ability to work independently and needs a minimum oversight.
Possesses the highest degree of integrity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and contribute to projects success.
Ability to adapt to a highly challenging and unstructured business environment.
Education
Four years degree in engineering, mathematics or business preferred. MBA from an internationally recognized program will be an added plus.
