The ideal candidate will be able to provide corporate banking and capital markets advisory services to UK and Nigerian clients. 10 years experience is a must, with knowledge of the UK and Nigerian debt markets with ability to advise corporate/institutional clients on fund raising strategies and knowledge of UK and Nigerian Corporate Banking products, including Transaction banking and Treasury products. Role summary: To assist the CEO in developing and maintaining a strategic business plan which focuses on generation of fee income in the UK.
Responsible for managing the entire investment life cycle – from sourcing of attractive investments opportunities for ECP Funds, to negotiating, analyzing, negotiating, structuring and executing these investments as well as monitoring them to achieve optimal exits for ECP Funds investors. Selected candidate would initially focus on actively monitoring ECP’s Nigeria investment but is expected to grow in the role to support other ECP businesses on the continent.
